Hi all,
Wanting to change out a MKIII locked (both Supervisor and User) BIOS motherboard, with a MK IV or V. This machine is an Intel Core vPRO 2. This CF is pristine!!! I would hate to use it for parts when I have a MK II, that I can pull some stuff of for cosmetics.
Let me know if you have had any dealings with this?

Are we talking about your CF-19 ?

mk4 should swap mk3 fairly straightforward.
The sound or wwan pcb can be slightly wonky to get the proper drivers.gijoe4us likes this. -
The CF-19 MK III. My MK IV has 33,460 hours, trying to put together the MK III as a MK IV and have a newer CF and keep the current MK IV as a backup. -

That's what I thought but just wanted to be sure before before I changed the thread title.

I have a Mk2 with a crap touchscreen if you want it. Very low hours. It's headed to the trash otherwise as I have stripped parts off it for my Mk5.

What do you want for that board? I had hoped to upgrade this new locked one, but that may not be possible......
Thank you!!
