    Hello,

I have a CF-19 MK3 Toughbook that I want to restore to factory condition with all original drivers, apps, wallpapers, etc., and cannot seem to find a Windows Vista (that's what it would have originally came with) or 7 (which apparently exists for the MK3) recovery iso anywhere. So I am wondering if anybody has a recovery discs. Much appreciated, thanks!

Also too take into consideration if you Mk3 came with vista or XP a 7 restore disk won't work. It checks what model you have when the disk loads. It will give a wrong disk error.

What is your Mk3 Model number. (make sure the bios reports the same as the sticker on the back.)

As above what Ador was getting at is during the reboot process, after turning on your Toughbook, hold down the F2 Key which will open bios and show you the exact model number of your CF – 19.
Post that ID number on here and someone should be able to help you.
Alternatively, you can go to heartland services and order that Restore desk for your machine
(See the faq section for CF-19) http://www.heartlandsi.com/ContactUs.aspx
    Phone Inquiries:
    1-913-685-8855
    Mon - Fri: 7:30AM - 5:30PM CST
Heartland will ask for your full model number AND serial number.
They charge $35 and the restore media is sent FedEx

For the USA but for Canada it's a little over $100.00 USA funds

Yes, things can be expensive. Not sure where op is located, which is why it’s good to post your entire model # from the bios, NOT the bottom sticker.
There’s plenty of Original restore media out there sitting in a box.
I just don’t want to go digging without an idea of what I’m looking for.
