I have a request to put Windows XP on a CF-19 MK3 dual touch.
Should I use XP or XP tablet ?
Any advice will be welcome and appreciated!
    Philip

EDIT: Might not matter. The dual touch driver probably solves the question.

XP Pro will work as well with dual touch driver.
But you have to remember it's not supported by Microsoft anymore, and it will show reminders about this fact :)
Maybe it's better to install Win7 or Vista and use XP look theme :))

I was seeing an ugly notice on all my XP boxes, so I've pretty much quit using XP. But recently I fired up a virtual XP that connected to the net but then did not start showing the ugly notice. Is that notice from Win XP itself or maybe their MSSE antvirus?

MSE has a nag screen that can be disabled, and if you try to update it does some nagging as well. Once you have XP up and running how you want it. I would get rid of IE and use a third party browser. Then if you need maximum protection use steady state.

Use XP pro with service pack3...All of the features of XP tablet are included....or get the recovery DVD.
