I have a problem with the versapad when I start up and use it the cursor moves left when my finger moves right, up when I move down, etc..

I can go into the versapad settings and reset to Default settings and it works. Then the next time I boot up it is the same thing again. Any way to control this? I was looking for a bios update to see if one was available and could not find anything.

    Any ideas?

    What is versapad?
If it's a touchpad - you have a small problem with video driver and/or display rotation tool.
Touchpad thinks your screen is rotated.
Try to press hardware buttons for display rotation and check again.

Well it looks like you and I agree, I looked all over for touchpad but it is defined as versapad. I assumed it was the rotation problem but the screen and the USB mouse work as expected just the touchpad that is confused. I have it set to where the screen rotates automatically when put in tablet or notebook mode. This is why I thought there may be an updated BIOS available.

Your first move should be to go into bios and reset to default.

This problem exists even on CF-18's. So it's not a question of BIOS. But it's really easy to solve, just play with display rotation tool and keys.
This advice will not help. With all my respect.

What OS, was the OS loaded from scratch or via Recovery Disk?
