Just scored an almost new CF-19 MK8 with 8 gig ram and 500 gig ssd for less than 600 $, me very happy :)
It has a new install Windows 10 (latest version) on it, and every thing works perfect. Only Panna drivers are video, WWAN and touchpad, the rest works with standard windows drivers.
It is surprisingly fast for an i5.

I would say that's a deal. The company I work for bought a lot of them @ $4000.00 Canadian a piece new last year. I paid $300.00 for my 19MK5 which was only a year old with hardly any hours on it. Best deal I ever got on eBay.

    I need USB3, so i had to buy a MK7 or MK8.
The seller (in the Netherlands) got two MK8's, but one has a problem with the touchpad (this one is still for sell at less than 500$)

I thought it was only from mk7 and up they had usb 3.
But at that price i could not resist to the mk8, and it is in almost new (for a toughbook) condition, it even has gps installed (i don't need it, but its a good resell argument)

I got my Panasonic toughbook MK7 for 120 Australian dollars. and i bought Crucial MX500 ssd 500 GB for AUD 150. and 4 GB ram for 40 AUD. total of almost 310 AUD. I was surprised how fast it is and i am loving it. I am a surface user but fell in love to toughbook. So search again and found a CF19 MK2 for 75 AUD complete with charger and OEM screen protector bough a seconf hand Samsung 120 840 evo for 48 AUD and its workable in windows 10 latest version.... i am a happy man...

I forgot to mention that the MK7 has 1500 hours and MK2 has 4500 hrs used..
