I need some help. I recently purchased a CF-19. The number is CF-19KDRL66B. I believe it is a mark 3 and it should have a touch screen. The stylus works fine, but I am unable to get any movement on the touch screen at all. I have it enabled in the settings, but it still will not register any touch to any part of the screen. I was able to run the calibration for teh stylus but not for the touch. I have downloaded all driver I can find for windows 7 64bit. Also when i used the lock screen there seems to be an issue with the cursor being stuck in the middle of the screen and will not move for the track pad. I must use the stylus on lock screen to move the cursor. Any suggestions would be super helpful. Thanks.

The D in your model numbers means it could be Digitizer or Digitizer/Touch, according to: http://toughwiki.com/index.php?title=CF-19_Tablet

CF19 Touchscreens are the old resistive type - not the new capacitive type that one finds on smartphones/tablets.
--> If in doubt, use more force.

It's dual touch. Touchscreen and digitizer panel are 2 different devices there.
If touchscreen is enabled in BIOS, has it's driver installed and doesn't work (or can't be calibrated), it's just dead. It's a frequent problem for CF-19 till MK3, not so frequent for MK3 and later. Touchscreen panel can be replaced for a new one from China. No problems with those ones if they come not cracked :))
