I've got a CF-19 MK4 and I was able to load Windows 8.1 on it.
I was able to get a lot of things working, but it never shuts down properly.
Every time I shut the computer down it always gives me a screen of different colored lines (like a distorted TV).
Does anyone have an idea as to what could be causing this? A driver error?
    Any help appreciated :)

Try to disable Intel graphics power saving.

Tried this, but it didn't work.

Thankfully I found the solution. It seems the drivers for the video card were the ones Microsoft installs when it finds hardware, and not the Intel ones I needed. That seemed to fix the problem! I guess I should have done that before posting this.
