I just came back from a bankrupcy auction of a design firm where there were two CF-19s available. One did not have the charger, neither one would boot up (no power/battery)?? I thought I might score one on the cheep side.....WELL..so much for that idea. The one with the charger went for $950 the one without the charger went for $1000.00
These were AS IS with no idea of ram, processor, or OS or even if they would work. Cosmeticly they were about a 8.5 out of 10 so not really pretty either. I did get a box full of APCs and surge strips (10) for $5.00 so it was not a total waste of time.

Fred, I think this item is a good deal so far. ebay item no.160380044145 and I have seen the MK1 run now for atleast $650 running condition(digitizer only). But I don't know the condition of this item.

A week ago I bought an MK1 cf-19(touchscreen) for $850 and I am happy coz It is almost like new I haven't seen any blems or scratches on it. The accumulated time is only 100hrs. Sometimes luck is on you side.

Like I said... You can roll the dice.... Sometimes it comes up 7s.... Sometimes SnakeEyes.... I've had both enough to know better than to bid blind unless I steal it.

Oh, Teo... that one's just too nice for you to be allowed to have it... you need to change the shipping address to San Antonio, TX instead.
