Unless this is a side effect of the CF-19s water resistance, I believe my keyboard may be either damaged or not assembled correctly.
As illustrated by the example picture below, circled in red is where my keyboard is bulging.
I've also noticed that the keys are binding a bit and sticking.

Have you had the keyboard loose?
Previous installer may have bent it. If it's bouncy maybe some double stick tape would help. They can be straightened a little...just don't put sideways or forward backward pressure on the keys.
Go slow and get done quick. Pull the two keyboard bezels and sneak a fingernail under the board. There will be some double stick on there already. Lift and hold and wait for the tape to come loose then roll board upside down toward touch-pad. Note how the wires are folded under the palm rest.
maybe there's a credit card under there.CF-19 also has silver thingies at the top of the board. Four screws.

I've also had to put some double-sided tape when replacing keyboards to keep them nice and snug. Just don't overdo it and keep it to thin strips to make future replacements easier.
CF-19 keyboard bulge, normal or in need of repair?
