Hi, I am looking for help please. I recently bought a used CF19KHR88PE. It is WWAN and GPS enable (apparently) after a HDD replacement I cannot get the WWAN or GPS to work. I have used the restor disc and have also tried a fresh win7 and xp in stall but still no good. I have made no hardware changes. Can anybody help please?

Are all drivers installed? The hardware and software switch enabled?

The restore disk may not install the wwan and gps software.

On my Mk1 when I use the restore disk it didn't install the gps or wwan. You will have to install it separately.
