Hi ,the last few days I've been reading the posts as a guest in order to find a solution for my new (used) cf19 mk3.
I got it a week ago and so far everything works with win7 Proff, except the gobi (Qualcomm) 1000 card.
The bios wwan is enabled and in the hardware management is missing the drivers. I tried so far drivers from other companies and the software available in the US site but with no result since I am located in Europe.
I made sure the card is physically installed (ic: 2723A-UNDP1 Qualcomm) dip switches are on on off off, and from what they told me it supports wwan 3G and GPS (original panasonic card).
I was reading in the forum posts that a lot of times similar questions came up concernig the european drivers and software but most of the links provided have long expired.
Any directions as to where I can find the European drivers/software for win7 32bit will be greatlly appriciated.
    Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the prompt reply , unfortunatelly as I said the CSA will not work because it's for the US carriers, I am located in Europe.

Thanks once again but I have been through these more than once and the only posts that offered a solution was when european panasonic drivers and utilities were uploded to dropbox public folders (links long expired) or through PMs.
Conserning the last link, I think it talks about the sierra card (from Fijitsu) models while I have the Qualcomm from pansonic which is gobi1000 and not 2000.
What I am after is the original Panasonic drivers and utilities for Gobi1000 for the European mk3k model.

Win7 doesn't need additional connection manager.
AFAIK, GPS will not work in Panasonic Gobi 1000.

Why GPS will not work, in the hardware section it shows HS-USB NMEA on com 6?
Right now I am trying to make the TB recognize my 3G data card........

You have to load GSM (UMTS) firmware, because there is a Verizon (CDMA) firmware by default.
Also do not forget to shutdown your laptop before or after SIM card installation, it will not be recognized till poweroff-on cycle.

NMEA port is there, but GPS is blocked. AFAIK, again.

Gobi 2000 will run as GPS. Gobi 1000 shows the device but is blocked as was stated above.
If you upgrade be sure to get Panasonic Gobi 2000.
WinFast Navigator will detect the Gobi 2000 usually com 6 @ 9600 baud. Useful as a testing tool.

    Just random information.

And it's much more clever not to use Gobi modems as GPS at all :)
Though Gobi 2000 sometimes works very well, it's not a GPS device you can rely on.
I use VisualGPS for tests. It's free and simple.

You don't need any third-party connection manager at all. Windows has one built-in.

Its quite nice software with pre configured network settings and it flashes the modem firmware on the fly when a network is selected. Its also no resource hog :) Have to admit I didnt try the Windows connection manager yet
