    My toughtbook CF-19RHRCXQ3 MK4 cannot recogonize Qualcomm Gobi2000 WWAN card in BIOS and of course I cannot see it under devices in windows too.

    Did you set the id in the bios to 0 or 1? Its under the option kit configuration in the bios. Your gonna have to google for the password.........

    actually the case is closed, problem was in wwan locked option in bios
    unlock it with SPGOBI2.zip tool
