I have a Mk2 that is mint and a mk3 that I got just to get the cd door off of. I have spent the last two years getting the factory car charger, dock, floppy drive and cd drive. (There is also a hard to find Super floppy drive and rim expansion that fits into the cd/floppy bay also) There is a limit to what the hard drive can see size wise. You may have to partition the hard drive into smaller sections for it to work properly. I think that limit is 6 to 8 GB. Personally I was going to use a compact flash to IDE adapter to see how that worked speed wise. I know it worked well on my CF-28 Mk2. I haven't rebuilt my battery or loaded a OS on it yet. So I can't really give too many tips on it. The CF-25 thread that is listed above is a highly recommend source of info on these machines. I used it several times while building mine up.
