I have a couple of CF-27, and one of them has a little trouble booting up once in a while. Instead of booting normally, it will go directly into Bios setup.
I suspect the problem is the old weak Bios battery.
In the service manual it is listed as part number DFWV95F0002.
Does anyone know if a generic battery can be used or do I have to pay the outlandish mailing and handling fees and get it from Heartlands?

    Thanks
    Bob

i don't imagine there's anything special about it, other than the little pigtail and connector..

If you are willing to take a chance on used batteries, let me know.. I'm sure I could come up with several for you
