    My memory fails me ...

Is the HDD Caddy & cable in a CF-27 compatible with that in a CF-28?

I know that the CD caddy is and that the battery is not.

    Thanks! doc

Nope... They are not the same. And of course you know the differences between the 600MHz and the 800MHz & 1GHz models of the CF-28...

    Where you been Doc?

Been trying to get the house sold ... it's an endless series of hassles ... especially with Mr. Obama and Congress breaking everything that they touch. Sigh.

OK re. the differences within the CF-28 series.

I just needed to know if I should hold on to the HDD carrier & cable adapter when I sell my two CF-27's.

Do you think that one CF-27 (complete with HDD, extra RAM, FDD, battery and working with a Linux load), plus a spare CF-27 with extra RAM, a battery, a FDD, and the HDD carrier but no adapter cable or HDD (neither has a CD drive or carrier) are worth $50. together including shipping in cont. USA?

If not what are they going for now?
