Anybody knows if the 10.5 touchscreen can be swapped for the 12 inch one, I have a CF27 MKI model, 266 mhz. Trying to determine if I can replace my small bad touchscreen with a larger touchscreen.

I tried to go the other way, and it didn't work; I had a MK1 with a working touchscreen, and wanted to swap it onto a MK2 that had the larger display but no touchscreen. It didn't work for me, although I didn't spend a huge amount of time trying (I ended up getting a cf-28)

thanks for the advise Nine, I would hate going in that direction, I use my laptop for navigation with charts, the touchscreen comes up very helpful. I will keep trying, have not been able to get a word of it being impossible and incompatible yet. The Gods have not answered yet. Me still praying...

This is closed too, the CF-27 screen are not swappable, in other words they do not interchange, reasons? Fujitsu? Who knows? different manufacturers? drivers?
