EDUP Mini Wireless N 11n Wi-Fi Nano USB Adapter Dongle - eBay (item 310276205524 end time Mar-02-11 01:10:13 PST)
a couple of months ago...they are a perfect fit and connect well since there is a rubber cover...that is if you don't use the usb port for anything else...plus they are only 7 bucks!
I just put one in my newest favorite aqusition, an absolutely Mint 1Ghz, 1Gb.CF-28
Sorry I just couldn't help that last part...

So how does it work in the CF-28 .
-
Wonder if is backward compatible to USB 1.0 might be a short range answer to those of us who still use a cf-27.
-
While backward compatible, you'd still get the pop-up message about performance once plugged into a USB 1.0 port, as with most 2.0 thumb drives, external HDDs and even USB broadband modules.

I do get the message about the usb port (pretty much with anything I plug in it goes away though) but the card works flawlessly...a little less range than say a 3Com Xjack (which is what I was using) but it will connect anywhere in my house.

Just curious.
Can you tell us if you are using this under Windows, or any Linux-type variation? If the latter, is it recognized properly?
