What would be good baseline numbers for a battery if I look under PC?. like maximum charge, or even how many charge cycles, I found about 35 batteries in a closet and some in a file cabinet here at work some are in the box brand new and some are out of the box. I was just looking to spend about a week or 2 recalibrating them about 5 a a time to see which are salvageable.

I use a program called "batterybar" BatteryBar - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com and it works good and free. The below quote is from the web site

As with your used and new batteries the only way to really tell how good a battery is to run the laptop for an hour and see what % is left. On my CF-52 I run the screen at 80% and can get a good 3.5 hours but in the control pannel it tells me 2 hours max.
