I have a CF-29 MK 3 and just recently received a vehicle Power Adapter. I know this may be a "newbie" question but I forgot the rules of Volts and Amps.
The vehicle Power Adapter I have, has the following specs.
- Input: 11-16Vdc (8 Amp max.)
- Output: 16Vdc (3.0 Amp)
To be exact, it is a Lind PA1630-759 and says it specifically for a CF-18 and a CF-R1.
Please let me know if this could work for my CF-29.

From what I can see, it will work for you.
Quoted from another source "Compatibility: Panasonic Toughbook 18, 19, 29, 30, 50, 51, 73, H1, R1, R4, R5, T1, T2, T4, T5, T8, U1, W2, W4, W5, W7, W8, Y2, Y4, Y5 series" -
I can confirmed that it will work but make sure you have the right plug for your unit. Also I recommend 2 in 1 adaptor( IBM adaptor combo ). with this, you will carry only one adaptor instead of two. Here is the picture of the IBM adaptor. It is 100% compatible with the same quality of the OEM panasonic adaptor.
