Ok, so I want to use my Cantenna with my CF-29.
I have a pigtail, but is there a spare connector inside the unit or would I have to disconnect the AUX for the WiFi?

disconnect the AUX unless you have a docking station that has the pigtail connection on it.

U can build ur own :)
I have done this, cause I never plan to use a docking station, also because I use the USB-port from the port-replicator-connector for my integrated webcam and I have an Atheros-N-card inside, which means, I have an extra antenna-connector...

I would venture a guess that it does. It doesn't look like it sticks out as far as it does on the CF-28...

@tough-2-go: Yes, it closes very smoth...the secret is, I disassembled the original connector house and melted the plastic hole, until the new connector fitted in the right manner from behind screwed in the plastic hole. I had made some pictures, but i do not find them right in the moment.
@mnementh: :) I'm so sorry Sir, but...hm aeya... as I drove in the rain with my toughbook through the city and had my external wifi-antenna on the roof of the car, there was water running along the cable to the open backdoor slider and so I was thinking, that a little bit of silicone sealant would prevent us from a water damage. As everybody knows, an silicone cartridge will give u first nothing, but after some seconds to much of, how do u said, Sir? Ah, Gorilla Snot... Yes, and thats a true story and now I have to catch a flight....And I'm not a pendant and next time I will never give u a close up, but blurred pictures :)
