I just started using flash player to watch a movie online and sorry for opinion - I am sad! What the heck? 1,4GHz and ~1,24GB RAM does not support flash player-engine? Allready installed new versions of: flash-player & shockwave-player (include K-Lite codec) and did configurations for online watching! Why is running so slow?!?!? Sound is OK, that mean its no problem with flow... but motion... when are more moveing objects at the sametime movie start to slowing down and hack until refresh and fast-forward. Can this may be problem with system configurations, software or components installed on CF-29 ?

It's possible the CPU is overheating which causes it to throttle back. Find a utility to check CPU temp. If it gets very high during playback, open the case and check the thermal pads on the CPU and GPU. A common problem is they get dry and cracked and don't transfer heat well. It's best to replace them, but you can try smushing in the edges to make them thicker and put some Arctic Silver compound on them.

OK so without install another crap-utility on system - there is option in BIOS about heating where are LOW, HIGH and AUTO.
I will check hardware tomorrow - this will be that oportunity to know-better computer. @Springfield - You got right about thermal pads and dust. Maybe I help a little bit of cool-it-down but still... are this is even possible ?
What Simpson should do... -
You can get specy portable. Won't fully install and you can monitor temps with it.
Speccy - Builds
I have this same basic model and have had no problems with it. -
What operating system are you running???
Did you install the correct video drivers FROM PANASONIC?
If you just loaded windows from a generic disk then you do not have the correct drivers.
Read the stickies on page one and get all the drivers directly from the Panasonic website and videos will run smoothly for you.

@ADOR - that is optimisting opinion and I will do everything to repair it and show my mind there is no regres moveing from better dual-chip procesor to mobile processor. Thank You for optimisting post!
@gray-beard - Windows XP with #SP3. Befor install Microsoft Co. upgrades I run one-by-one all drivers downloaded (I supose think) from Panasonic Support Center and wizard for Graphic card is Intel(R) 82852/82855 Graphics Controller - aka: Intel(R) Extreme Graphics 2 for Mobile (tray-icon).
Maybe I will experiment with other drivers? - f.ex: windows vista and windows 7 after installing OS provide a full resurection-supported drivers without full control panel but if someone want to get more setting there are nvidia drivers. BUT what I observe - data crash hapen less with useing first driver anles install more comercial driver. After 'comercial' I think HDMI-suport where I have or have not plugin for that cable-connection-out but since some version come they are still putted that option on and that is where crash come from.
So what? I know... a lot of users are really glad useing Ubuntu OS. Few years ago I working on 700MHz machine and there was little problem with watching online videos but not that large like on 1400MHz mobile technology! Does that graphic card driver is correct?
Ohh... and I though when needed more math processor for operation change bios setup will help in winterand work needed to do at computer. Hoever sorry for mistake and thank for anserw about! Still I am on Springfield project scrub-off and opening to saw maybe this is only hope to know how repair it. Not to helpfull yet but I am learning

What kind of video quality are you trying to watch? With 1400MHz, I think you can watch 480p, but 720p or higher might be more of a stretch. Did you already have the power profile of Windows on Portable/Laptop or similar and have SpeedStep enabled so that the CPU can reach up to 1400MHz (or else it might be throttled?). Also, try check CPU usage with Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) and CPU temperature and core frequency with HWMonitor or Core Temp.

@scoots. - It's regullar SD. I have reinstall windows (again!) and skip Service Pack #3 and a lot of drivers I am useing not. Right now computer work good and 50% faster. I think Windows XP #SP3 is a lot of trouble for slower-computers... I have change power profile to home/office option and it's seems like working great! Thank!

So after a few days useing Windows XP #SP2 again strikes back topic with is a big problem for me. I have Opera browser and Adobe Flashplayer & Adobe Shockwave Player drivers upgrade. I try out Firefox and it is the same. Also all BIOS setup and Windows drivers has been installed correct. Why ?
~EDIT: I remove down cover again and there were no therm pads at all. I clean up a radiator from dust and tallow put some therm pads I have since 1990 and checked temp. again. In manual from Panasonic CO. declared temp. is max 60°C. I checked quickly and there are two processors or chipset under cooling cover and only heads are up from hole's so there are a places to put therm pads or also on the cover should? Right now temp. is growning up againg to 75°C and I need to buy new therm. to use. When I know how put it I post -
Therm pads 1mm and Arctic Silver 5 are delivering any time so maybe problem with overheating end once for all. What is the best program to show CPU/GPU temp? I used 'Speccy' and 'CoreTemp' and both are running differently.

I'm using SpeedFan after learning of it from someone here.
Don't know which is the best program though - hard to tell how accurate they are.
