Recently sent a CF-29 in for replacement of the touchscreen. Before sending it back they called and said they were unable to calibrate the TC and needed to reload a base image.

I received the unit back from repair and loaded my own image. Of course, the TC now works perfectly but I am unable to calibrate it. The calibration program runs, but the TC does not work during calibration. It works fine everywhere else.

Is there a way to reinstall only the calibration program?

Where did you send the CF-29 for the replacement touchscreen?

Yes... You should be able to go to the websites posted in the stickies at the top of the forum and finf the Mouse/touchscreen drivers for your application. Then go into Device Manager and uninstall the one you have... Then reinstall the one you downloaded.

    Sounds weird to me...
