USB to serial?? Why do that when it has a serial port built in as COM1?

You can find one on the USGlobalSat web site. Hit the "Support" tab and drill down to the BU-353. Select the "Windows all version USB driver" and there you are.

There are several drivers available for the usb to 9 pin serial adapters
Did your adapters not come with a driver disk ?
