My MK5 has, according to the seller, AT&T WWAN capability. I'm not familiar with this function, but my toughbook has an antenna and what I'm guessing is a slot for a sim card. I searched the forums about and found some posts about mods, but I'm looking for a basic introduction to this feature - can anyone point me in the right direction? I doubt I'll use it, but I'd like to understand it.

    Thanks!

WWAN is a cellular network connection. The switch on the left front edge turns the modem on and off. There are settings in the BIOS to modify that behavior. The modem is locked to AT&T, AFAIK. Service from AT&T is @$60 a month with 5GB data included. AT&T supplies the sim card. Download the connection manager from Panasonic.
