    I have 2 CF-29s. a 1,4 Ghz and a 1,6Ghz version. Both with touchscreen.

Anyhow, whenever i am using Firefox and want to watch a nice video on Youtube. I can only watch it with the little screen. If I maximize the youtube video, i only see a black screen and the youtube controls (back/forwards... etc).

It seems that it uses Adobe Flash.

Has anybody a solution for this, because last weekend, my standard desktop computer was broke, and I had to use my toughbooks, but I got annoyed about this small youtube videos....

    My setup is:

    CF-29 1,4/1,6 GHz
OS: Windows XP 32bit with Service Pack 2
    Browser: Firefox (latest version)
    512 MB ram / 1 gig ram

What plugins are you using with firefox? Have you tested with another browser yet.

I got a bit fed up. I had Windows XP sp2, Firefox 18.

I am now doing a clean Install , this time Windows XP - SP3... Maybe that'll do the trick....

I found the answer (I Guess)..

When using firefox, and while watching youtube videos.

Simply set hardware acceleration = OFF in the Adobe flash player.

I now can watch youtube videos full screen.

I also tested Microsoft Internet Explorer 9. Firefox and Internet Explorer need the Adobe Flash player to play youtube videos.

Can this be added to the CF-29 faq ?

"When using firefox/internet explorer and are watching youtube videos,
you might get a black screen when you maximize the video window..

The solution is simple: set hardware acceleration = OFF in the Adobe flash player. Now all videos can be played full-screen. Otherwise you might have a black screen"
