CF-29 no Softphone software, No MagicJack working. Please help

CF-29 Mk4 just comes home, quite upset with the seller as he thrown a disable DVD-RW into the item (stated working well), and also he did remove 2 usb PCMCIA (it was in the laptop when I bid on Ebay)

However, another issue now makes crazy.

I can listen music well.

But when I use softphone software X-lite 3.0, it just can not hear or talk anything. NO vioce in and out of the softphone.

I also use MagicJack device, I have the same issue.

I tried to use external microphone and headphone, NO LUCK. The same issue.

I tried to change between Sigma Tel C Major Audio and MagicJack device, NO LUCK.

It is crazy now, please help me. How can I get those device (MagicJack) and Softphone X-lite 3.0 work on CF-29?

Does CF-29 M4 have a real microphone or not?

 

Maybe you should work the eBay seller to get what you paid for. It's possible they sent you the wrong computer. Most sellers will make it right, mistake or not. If they don't please tell us who it was ....

AFAIK the CF-29 does not have a built-in microphone.

 

i heard somewhere that CF-29 does not have built-in microphone.

however, even if I try to use external microphone, there is no luck with those software.

this one i have is CF-29 Mk4, I now absolutely know it is

btw, i will test with Skype and Yahoo to see how it works. Then I will post again here.

i find some thing new:

- the external headphone still works on the laptop. I still can hear my voice when i connect the headphone to this laptop.

I use this headphone with another normal laptop that I have, both X-lite and MagicJack work well.

- I can not let the X-lite softphone and MagicJack work with headphone in this Mk4.


Please, bros, if you have any solution to let X-lite softphone and MagicJack work with headphone, I really appreciate.
