    I came across this auction on fleabay
    Touchscreen Reparatur für Panasonic Toughbook CF-29 | eBay

    This is a cheap solution for touchscreen failure in Europe (he does not offer shipping outside Europe)

    1 year warranty is more than you can expect from a second hand screen

    Btw, i did not test it as my screen is in good working order, so i list it here for info.

    I am surprised its not more since most parts are very high over there.

    I know, thats why i posted it here
    If you count the work hours to repair it, it is real cheap
    It can help some of us who live in Europe.
