I have a technician that dropped his CF-29H from about waist high and when he powered his laptop on his touchscreen did not work. I tried to recalibrate it but at the end of the calibration I get a "ERROR A, Parameter Error, please input again. when I touch the screen on the left side the mouse pointer shows up on the right side. so since the calibration did not fix it what would be my next step?. Maybe uninstall and reinstall the touchscreen/mouse driver?.

Those later model CF-29's are prone to touch screen failure. It's probably toast.
