not sure what this device is or what driver I would need to fix this. I have all the required drivers for this model and have installed them all one by one with restarts after each one. I have gone through and checked if there are any that I have missed and all are accounted for. any help will be greatly appreciated, feel free to ask any additional questions of me.

CF-29LQQ27BM, I installed the hkeyapp driver, then the hkeyset, then the hotkey driver. I still cannot use the FN key and as I stated above don't know what that"unkown device is. also the touchscreen worked great before the fresh install and now it does not work. there is no option to calibrate it under Mouse pointer options.

You have to update in device manager, point to UTIL in programs on drive C
The mouse driver and the hotkey driver do not install themselves
It is all stated in the CF-29 FAQ, i suggest to read that first ;)

For what ever reason you'll need to go to the device manager and tell it to reinstall the hotkey driver. Specify the location as where it unzipped or installed when you clicked the setup icon. Once it locates the driver, the unknown will be come known... :D

    Had the same problem myself...
