    Also, would the combo drive to dvd burner mod be the same as it is on the CF-29?

    One dvd mulitidrive upgrade worked without the mod
    The other 2 that I upgraded needed the mod
    It's not the same as the cf27-29 caddys

    Solder to bridge pins 45 and 47 together which forces master mode from the standard cable select

    May I know what is your plan for the USB? and yes! there is an available internal USB option on the unit but it is only available If you don't have WAN installed. There is still a way to crack those USB even if there is WWAN present but it need a lot work and skill.
