so i have had this cf-30 for a year or 2 now. i want to find out what mark it is all i can see. is cf-30 all the bar codes are worn off i can not make heads or tails of what is was. any one know how i can find out with out opening it up for now. i will open it back up to install wwan kit. once the kit comes

I don't have a CF-30 but I think if you hit F2 at the Panasonic blue splash screen you can look at the BIOS version on the information page.
V1.xxx will be Mk.1,
V2.xxx will be Mk.2 etc.
As far as I know they all follow this rule. Model number, serial number, cpu type are on the same page. -

If you can't access the bios look at the CPU, they used a different one in each of the 3 Mk's of the Cf-30 series.
Mk1 is core duo, 1.66, L2400
Mk2 is core 2 duo, 1.6, L7500
Mk3 is core 2 duo, 1.6, SL9300

Looking back though your posts I did see where you mentioned a Mk1 at one time. -
i know my cf-29 is a mk1
and yes bios say it is a MK 1 with 4010 hrs
i use my cf-30 as my drivers log book as to the FMCSA
CMV driver hours of service regulation for 2 years now -
