    So, I can either remove the screen from my Mk 1 with GPS and put it on the Mk 2.

    Or

    I can install my GPS module and antenna on the Mk 2 screen/Lid.

    Opinions?

    Yeh. The MK2 has the best touchpanel unless it (MK1) been updated to new style.
