    Hallo

    my name is Alex.

i am from Germany, so please forgive my bad english.

I have a big problem with my Panasonic CF-30 MK1

    Yesterday i installed Windows 7 home 32bit.

Everything is okay, but when i switch the wlan button on, i have 7 problems in the driver manager.

there are 7 entries with MINI Card and i cann´t find any driver for this .

    Wlan works.

if i turned of wlan the mini card problems are gone.

What can i do? And what is MINI card

What is your full model number

You must have extra options that need upgraded drivers

When I load W7 I have never had 7 problems in device manager , but my cf-30 mk-1 is a basic model

Your MK-2 has a few extra options
Verizon EVDO Rev A, and GPS

The missing drivers might be for the WWAN

    doesn´t work.

i can start the vzaccess manager
but then it comes a warning.
    the wwand device is disable.

    but it is enable.

can it be, the link you give me is only the vzaccess manager software, but no drivers?

in the vzacces ordner is a ordner drives update drivers.

but when i start this, a warning say´s its not compatible

Your model did not show up as gobi , unless the wwan is upgaded or changed from factory
You have a Verizon EVDO Rev A
here is a direct download from the site you say you cannot download
    ftp://ftp.panasonic.com/pub/Panasonic/toughbook/downloads/WWAN/Software/VZAccess-6.2.2.zip

The other link Direct from verizon is a direct download as well
    http://www.vzam.net/UploadedFiles/Pan03_RevA_Driver.exe

    Downloaded using IE 8

Within 24 hours one of the forum members here that are running W7 on their cf-30 with a verizon wwan will confirm that this is the correct software to use ,or correct me and provide the link that they used

Your CF30 came with Vista loaded
Did the wwan work fine from new?

    If it was fine before

The Driver must be the issue at this point and all the drivers that we have found are wrong

You may get lucky as someone here might have a link to W7 compatable drivers for verizonwireless

    One last question
    The cf30 had verizonwireless originaly
Is verizon available in Germany or has the wwan card been changed to a HDSPA Modem ?
If that is the case we are not downloading the correct software

We are not sure, when NEW it had one but the last owner might of took it out because they did not have Verizon in there area. Since all the drivers do not work we really not sure whats in yours so I think what you may have to do is take the card out to see what you really do have installed in the CF-30. Should be a part number on it or show us a picture.

I see the wwan card been changed to a HDSPA or even Gobi
The sim card slot is the indication
All the drivers that I have linked to are wrong as you do not have Verizon EVDO Rev A

Hold the power button down for a few seconds
Put battery in and hook up ac adapter
F2 when booting and reset bios to defaults

Yes he does and guess what ...you have another problem, I think . Do you have the software for the fingerprint reader ? On my CF-51 it was Upek Eikon Welcome To UPEK - Security Made Simple and when I put windows 7 on it the software had to be upgraded to a new version because the old version would not work
