At the top of this thread click on "Panasonic" . This will take you to the top of the Panasonic forum. Then click on "start new thread" on the left side of the forum.

Yes! you can but you loose the clarity of the screen from CF-30MK3 as CF-30K3 uses glossy screen. You can't see the glossy effect all the way coz of the TS panel but it is more clearer than MK1 & MK2

    Hi,
I have a similar problem, placing post - maybe I just don't get it, so excuse, that I'm using this conversation too ask some question. I upgraded from the standard CF-30 keyboard to a back-lit rubber one,but can't get the back-light running. is this a hardware function of the key board or do I need a different hot-key driver for Win 7?

The second problem I have is the finger print reader. it is being recognized by windows and actually has a working driver assigned (TouchChip fingerprint Coprocessor WBF advanced mode), but the setup software Protector Suit GL expects a USB device. There are three unknown USB device shown in the device manager, but I'm typing my fingers bloody to find any driver that would even be installed.

The last issue is about a WWAN sled with Gobin card. I do not see any new device since installed and since my CF-30F was not WWAN ready I place all the hardware including the ANT SW PCB and ribbon cables. Somebody knows how to get this going?

As well, the EXT ANT PCB was hooked to one of the two WLAN channel, but should now be according the service manual be connected to the ANT SW PCB. Any idea what the connections CN5 and 6 of this board and the antenna switching app/BIOS setup have to do with this?

Is this PCB made to switch between WWAN or WLAN to the EXT ANT? I know, may questions at the same time, but hopefully someone can help! Thanks in advance!

    Peter

What is your full model number?
Is the keyboard plugged in properly?
Fingerprint readers can be difficult to get working properly.
Did you look on the official Panasonic site for the drivers?
Did you enable the fingerprint reader and WWAN in the BIOS?
What specific WWAN card are you using?
Did you install the proper drivers?

    Just a tip,,
Your post is EXTREMELY difficult to read.
Please make a separate paragraph for each question/subject...
The 6 questions in two sentences about the WWAN makes my head hurt when I attempt to read it.
