Well... I got my handle in today from Heartland. The handle for the CF-30 fits the CF-29 but it is not an EXACT fit. It snaps into place like the original handle but it doesn't fit exactly flush with the sides. (I don't think anyone would actually notice the difference unless you knew what they looked like to start with.) It also doesn't lock as securely as the stock handle. With all that being said... I still like it. It is a small price to pay for having a stylus handy when you need one. I bought a few extra stylus' to have just in case I lose one. The pointer (tips) on the stylus are VERY nice. They seem to be some sort of silicone rubber. It definitely won't scratch the screen and it also won't slip when you use it.

The handle cost was $49.30 and I think the stylus was $10. Plus of course... The shipping charges.

A worth investment in my mind...

Please supply web/ordering info for Heartland, as related to the replacement handle and stylus. I agree, close-up pics would be very helpful if possible.

All you need to do is go to www.heartlandsi.com and get the phone number... Then order. Two screws and you swap it out. It's a close fit but not exact... But works for me.

Just completed the handle upgrade. The parts are as follows:

    DFKH9009YA-0 HANDLE ASSY $49.30

    DFHR6207ZA PEN $10.79

    DFME0148YA TETHER $17.37

Heartland nails you with shipping, the difference between ground and overnight was only $5.00.

Five minute install, my handle doesn't quite snap in on the right side, but it stays in place. Nice to have the stylus handy, so my wife doesn't use her fingernail.

Ack! I can't stand the tether... I am surprised, though, how well the handle holds the stylus! It's not going to fall out... But if you leave it somewhere... That's a different story!

I ordered 4 - 5 stylus' just in case I lost any... I still have them all. I don't use the stylus that often but when I need it... It really comes in handly!

    Good pics!

On my CF-29 i had placed the second stylus in the CD-ROM-Cover and the primary on the top of the keyboard. If i (she) closed the lid, the stylus is fixed.
