Hi all. I have a problem with my CF-30K.

CPU overheats, Speedfan app shows up to 100 degrees and then -27 (minus 27). after it the toughbook goes into sleep mode until it get chilled. Temperature sensor fault?
Maybe anyone can help me with service manual, or something? Thanks a lot in advance!

Try the simplest option: disconnect power, remove battery, press and hold power switch for some seconds, connect everything back, test.

If that doesn't work, time for thermal pads.

100 degrees is not something wrong, but -27 is :)
I don't think old thermal pads can do -27 :))
