I have a CF-30 here that for some reason is prompting me with "Model Not Supported" when I attempt to install the Bluetooth Stack driver for the MK1/MK2/MK3. I get the same prompt while trying the Sound, Hotkey and INF drivers. I am not sure what other options there are for me, But I would like to know what solutions there are for this odd issue.

Something is not reading right on the model number. Just download 7zip and install. You can extract that exe with 7zip to get the driver out of it.

Thank you, it was what I needed. Now another small issue has appeared as I made my way down the order of install. I cannot get the Touchscreen to calibrate, as I double click on the FtSetup installer and press Ok all I get is this. "The Functionality required by this software is not supported on your system". I thought I was pretty certain this model was Touchscreen, can someone us that configurator and see if in fact it is a Touchscreen model.

Based on the model that you have posted. It is a touchscreen model indeed but you'll never know If maybe somebody before you got a little work on it and for got to plug the cable or maybe it was replaced by a non touch LCD. " software not supported on your system" means hardware is not there but first make sure your driver that you are installing is for CF-30MK1. Also, does the model no. on the bottom is as the same on the bios?

That model number should be a touch model. Is that the model number showing in the bios?

(Ohlip beat me too it, looking up the model number too long, lol)

Are we doing Xpp here? Bios and ec??? Check Toughbooktalk CF-30. I was graciously granted a sticky for a thing that I wrote. Down the road there were a couple of tiny errors that showed up....but it gives you an idea.

A look at the HID in device manager panel could tell the tale.

My take on this is that you are using XPP on a Vista bios.

    Good luck.

That would be my stab at it. Downgrade your BIOS or upgrade your OS to Vista or W7.

the issue was that this CF-30 was running a Vista BIOS and therefore most drivers did not want to install properly especially the touchscreen. The model number is also the same in the BIOS/sticker underneath.
