    CF-31 2nd hard drive?

    Is this viable? I think I'm gonna take a whack at it!

    It's the SAME connector as the main drive (which differs from the CF-30).

    I'm gonna take a CF-30 HDD/Heater/ribbon cable and hook it up and try! :)

    What is the same connector? Where are you trying to plug the 2nd drive into?

    And so I tried this. I took the bottom cover off my CF-31 and tried the connector with a 160GB hard drive + heater hooked up to it BOTH WAYS and the machine wouldn't even turn on!

    Ohh well :(
