    I haven't found any info about this exact issue. Specs below.

    Try a different power adapter.
    If still happens disconnect all power and unplug cmos battery for 10sec.

    Do you mean that there is no battery inserted when the led flashes?

    Flashing red usually means a battery fault. But with no battery in place should be no led.

    Does it behave normally when a battery is in?
