I've got a pair of 31's with the Gobi2000 cards.
I have installed the Gobi2000 packadge V2.01L15 M00 US and also the
Panasonic Communication Manager CM-V2.00L11M00.
The card shows in device manager:
Under Modems I have:
-Qualcomm Gobi 2000 HS-USB Mobile Broadband Device 250F
-Sierra Wireless AirCard HSDPA modem
Under Network Adapters I have:
-Qualcomm Gobi 2000 HS-USB Mobile Broadband Device 250F
Under Ports I have:
-Qualcomm Gobi 2000 HS-USB Diagnostics 250F (COM5)
-Qualcomm Gobi 2000 HS-USB NMEA 250F (COM6)
On the first 31 ( CF-31ACNAA1M ) when I open the Communication manager it says " The currently loaded firmware is not supported by this application"
On the other 31 ( CF-31ATAAA2M ) it says "no sim inserted" ( I have tried several SIM cards )
I am in Europe ( The Netherlands ) and want to get these working. I would greatly appreciate any help.
EDIT: Just got them working I removed the Panasonic Connection manager and installed the
OneClickInternet_Sierra_20101028_v1.9 manager now they are both up and running. For the GPS I
use VisualGPS and that works great as well. To think I have spent 4 days on these 31's and now I got it
done in 20 minutes!

This stupid CSA app does NOT work in 64 bit windows 7. Only 32 bit. Don't know if that helps at all.
-
Scrub that...it's working now.
Although if you'd used the European software rather then the stuff from the US you'd of been working in about 5 minutes -

Did you notice the thread is from 2011?
What is the full model number of the CF31?
A hello to the group would be appropriate, BEFORE the request.
Panasonic.com has what you need.
