So, I just picked up a new-to-me CF-31SBLEA1M to upgrade from my beloved CF-30. It currently has 8GB RAM and I'd like to upgrade to 16GB. The threads on here about upgrading the CF-31 are all dated it seems and I was wondering if anyone currently running 16GB had feedback on what memory modules they used.

I'm thinking of picking up this:

as it meets the required specs for the CF-31. Any opinions or suggestions?

The Intel® 7 series Express chipset QM77 will support 16gb of ram.
Now will the BIOS? I do not know that for sure.
The official spec sheet says 8gb.

    Well,
Thanks for posting that you had a mk4! My mk3 is going back to the seller as the optical drive bay didn't work. Two drives, one brand new, and no worky. I got my hands on a mk4 with less hours but bare bones for an even better deal.

I'll let y'all know how the upgrade goes!

And, we're working! Not in the Mk3 that I posted about, but in my Mk4, CF-31WBLAXLM.

16GB DDR3L-1600 RAM working without a hitch. Bonus was being able to install both sticks through the underside access cover (terminology?). There was no need to remove the bottom case.
