    Hi everybody !

Before posting, I read and search all the post I was able to find here and on google.

I have a CF-31 MK4 black edition, with wi-fi options in bios, wifi on/off switch and antennas. I was looking on internet and think the Intel 8265NGW can fit in my laptop. After I receive it, i figure out there's no place to install it in my MK4. All the posts I was able to find are for MK3, MK2 MK1. I need to have bluetooth and Wi-fi, and if possible 4G / LTE via Bell or Rogers Network, but not mandatory.

I want to do also a bluetooth and wifi add to my FZ-G1 MK4 that don't have any wifi or bluetooth option in the menus but have the ethernet port on the top

What can you suggest me to purchase ?

Nope. Just intel 6235. Not a Lenovo or IBM card. If it has a FRU number on the label it wont work. The 6235 is for the CF-31 mk4 btw. I know a company that sell them too.............

Faster/newer cards may work with adapters BUT you WILL lose bluetooth.

Stick to the stock 6235 to keep it simple.

    FZ-G1 mk4.
Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8260 M.2 (NGFF) card as the stock option.
You should be able to buy one from a Dell or similar and plug it in to the inside M.2 WLAN port/card slot.
    Antennas are probably already there.
No BIOS changes will be needed.

Thanks you all ! I purchase a Centrino Advanced-N 6235 11a/G /N 2.4/5ghz Dual Band Mm# 920119 from Amazon I will receive it tomorrow. For my FZ-G1 I already had order last week a Intel Network 7265.NGWG.W WIRELESS-AC 7265 WiFi Dual Band 2X2 AC + Bluetooth M.2 Brown Box. Can you tell @Shawn what's the difference between the AC7265 and the AC8260 ?

The AC7265 is a wireless-N card and the AC8260 is a dual band card.
