    CF-31 Verizon SIM card issues

    I have a brand new CF-311701KM with an internal Verizon Wireless SIM card that came with the machine. I use VZWireless Manager and it will not connect. It says "Device Not Detected". I have confirmed with Verizon that the SIM Card is activated to this computer and went through a series of tests with their tech support. Verizon stated all the items on their end seem to be entered properly and working. The Sierra wireless card appears to be working properly too. Anyone know what the problem maybe. Thanks in advance.

    Remove the memory door and physically verify that it has a wwan card installed.

    Did you install the wwan card software package?

    Is WWAN turned on?
    Worked for me in W7.

    When you say brand new do you mean it came from a Panasonic reseller or eBay.? I ask this because in the past members say new but they got it from eBay and the seller said it was new but the seller removed items like gobi, GPS, WiFi.
    Your model is a MK5. Which windows OS are you using...8.1 or W10?
