good day all,
I have a CF-31JBGHX1M,Mk 2 and just installed a MC7355, Gobi 5000 Wan card. The CF-31 is running windows 10 pro, and it's not seeing the new installed Wan card. Under "Optional Kit Config", Wireless Wan ID is set to 13. but still no connection. BTW, I do have a valid Verizon sim card. Any assistance would be appreciated thanks

Did you install software from Panasonic Support?

Also, after installing new card, did you unplug the laptop, remove the battery, and hold power button on a few seconds?Last edited: Dec 2, 2020Shawn likes this. -
Yes once I installed the card I installed the proper driver. The computer does not see the card. It's not listed in the "device Manager" I was thinking that maybe I don't have the proper WAN id ? It was ff at first and then I changed it to 13 but still nothing. However, I did not hold down the power button for a few seconds.
