Has anyone had an issue with reception by the internal gobi card? We are receiving a lot of complaints from our users that they are being continually disconnected from the Sprint network. The issue wasn't this big while using the CF-30 and an external Sierra 575 aircard. Just wondering if the gobi card being internal is making connectivity worse even though it is advertised as being better.

I have sprint and Gobi 2000 with my CF-31 and it works great! :)

For HOURS on end I use it and no problems.

My GOBI cards work very well. Although, I use a Verizon 4G card most of the time via a mobile wifi router. I have done many comparisons and the GOBI has always gotten better reception. Panasonic always says to uninstall the program and reload it. As a suggestion, try installing the latest software from Sprint. You do not have to use the version that is on Panasonic's web site. I use the latest version from Verizon for the 4G cards to use the GOBI and it works perfectly. Panasonic has not updated there's in 2 years!
