So I was screwing around with the tablet PC settings (in tablet mode in BIOS) on my cf-31 and basically what I've determined is this:

    1) On a BASE Windows 7 load the mouse will only move to where you tap the screen on the RELEASE of your finger or stylus from the screen AFTER YOU TAP IT, NOT on the tap its self
    2) This leads to a VERY unsensitive screen!
    3) All I did was go into the Tablet PC Settings in the control panel, click on the "Other" tab, then go to "Go to input panel settings". The bubble that was highlighted default was "Point to the input panel icon or the tab", I changed it to: "Tap to the input panel icon or the tab"

The difference here besides it being WAY more sensitive is the fact that the mouse jumps to where you touch the second you touch there instead of on the release!! It's totally !

IF YOU GO THERE AND "Point to the input panel icon or the tab" IS ALREADY SELECTED THEN SELECT THE OTHER ONE, APPLY THEN GO BACK TO IT AND APPLY AGAIN!

    Hope this helps!!!
