The touchscreen stops working after being on for a while. when i restart, or awake from sleep, it will work again for a little while then stop again. When it works, it works fine, and then nothing.

All the threads I can find speak of the touchscreen nor working at all, not this odd intermittent issue.

Your CF-31 can do a full set of diagnostic tests on itself.
Go into the bios setup (press f2 at the blue startup screen) go to the EXIT menu, and click on Diagnostic Utility.
It will take a while to complete the tests, but is a good place to start.

I did that after i got the computer up & running.

I disabled the ability for windows to shut it off and was on it last night for a few hours and it stayed working, so that seems to have fixed it.
