We purchased a refurbished CF-31 about a month ago, and it has worked well. I've always been a fan of the toughbook and was happy that our company finally picked up a few..

Have been switching off between the 31 and my mac this morning and noticed that the toughbook doesn't want to come out of sleep. Two lights turn on (one under the trackpad and one near the power button). They're both green and look like a lightning bolt.

If I try to use the power button, it beeps each time, but the screen won't turn on. Any thoughts?

Hold power button for over 4 seconds. Release. Turn it on.
Check your device manager for devices with exclamation marks. And also switch off (in BIOS) all devices you don't use.
Remember to save critical documents before every sleep, because this PC state is not the most reliable anyway.
