Help...I'm having some problems with my CF-51 and need to remove the keyboard, can anyone walk me through taking it off? Does anyone know where there are diagrams for disassembly of a CF-51?

Remove the screws that are holding down the speaker cover, they are located on the back of the laptop. Then open the top of the laptop (lcd monitor) until it is laid flat with the computer. Then GENTLY pry up the speaker cover until it pops loose and you can remove it. Take your time and work your way around it so you do not break it. Once it is removed, again, GENTLY pry up the keyboard from the front (closest to the monitor) and roll it over towards you and lay it on the computer while you remove the ribbon cable. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU RELEASE THE SMALL WHITE CLIP THAT HOLDS IT! They break very easily. Once the cable is loose, you can remove the keyboard. I have a CF-51 that I am building as a project, it is a 1.66 Core Duo with 4GB of RAM, DVD burner, fingerprint reader (for which I need a cable), wifi b/g and a Smart Card reader. What are the specs on yours?
