What's the largest hard drive for pentium m 2MHz, I got this with a bad hard drive, after installing the hard drive whats the best way(Cheapest & legal) to reload software. It has a XP COA sticker on the back.

    Thank you Scott

Your cf-51 takes a 2.5" ide hard drive
There would be no 137gb bios restriction on this so any of the ide drives should work fine ,as they are available up to 250gb
The 160 gb Samsung HM160HC is the drive that I recomend and use for upgrades
The laptop operation system can be reloaded two ways
You can use the restore disks , avalable through the Panasonic parts distributor Heartland Services in the Usa
Or using your 25 digit install key on your coa on the bottom , you can reload using an oem windows xp pro disk, and then go to the driver downloads area at panasonic and update your cf-51's drivers
